Bec has been an incredible support with Osteo treatments for myself and my husband through injuries and aches and pains, as well as Nutritional support throughout conception, post- birth, and general health and well-being with 2 auto-immune conditions. Bec’s professionalism, work ethic, empathic and kind approach to caring for her patients health goes above and beyond. I wouldn’t see anyone else for my Osteo/Nutrition needs.

I have seen Rebecca at Freya Health for both Osteopathy and Nutrition appointments and now I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else! Rebecca is not only extremely knowledgable, she is also really kind and caring. Sometimes I personally can find talking about Nutrition/food uncomfortable as I have an unfavourable relationship with food. However, I felt completely comfortable talking with Rebecca as she was friendly, non judgmental and empathetic and I felt heard and validated. She helped me change my mindset around nutrition, including lifestyle factors that were influencing my food habits. She has also helped me significantly with nutrition advice surrounding IBD and other chronic conditions. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I had been looking for an Osteopath when I moved to Brisbane and I met Rebecca through Triathlon. Rebecca has been my Osteopath for years and has helped me through many injuries, providing me with great advice and been such a support. Rebecca has a wealth of knowledge which she loves to share. Her passion into Nutrition now compliments her Osteopathy. If only she hadn't moved to the Sunshine Coast ........ She continues to be a good friend and she still helps me out when I am in need.
