Terrible customer service! The lady's are rude and impatient and implied that I stole my ring even though I had 2 original receipt copies. I told them to contact me when the ring was back to which they called the number that was put when the ring was purchased and not my number that I repeatedly told them to call when ring comes in. Mazzucchellis head office please get new workers as your current ones are the worst Iv ever dealt with in the industry!

Staff look you up and down and watch you as if you are going to steal something. They are the one’s working for minimum wage.

Very annoyed with Mazzucchelli's Mandurah store.The 2 of June I took a item of jewelry into the store to takl to the staff and ask them if they could have a look at it.See if in their opinion it needed any diamond adjustments, rerohdium plating or just a clean and a new staff member served me.She had no idea what she was doing.I explained to her every 6 months I like to being the iten in for a professional check up.She took the item and gave me a docket for it.1 and a half weeks later I caller to ask if someone had looked at it yet and over the phone was told it was sent off to the jewelrs for an inspection and they would call when it is back in store.I got the call yesterday so my husband went in today to pick it up for me only to find out it was cleaned they day I took it in and has been sitting in the store for 2 weeks for no reason.I brought said item in in a nice box to keep it from getting knotted and they returned it in a tiny zip lock bag which saw me having to untangle it all.I am beyond annoyed at the rubbish service I have received from a compy who claim to be high end.Mazzucchelli's please look at getting more training for your staff.Regards on very mad customer.

If I could rate this store 0 stars I would.Nina, the store manager.I’ve dealt with this lady on multiple occasions and every time has been nothing short of an absolute nightmare. Not only is she rude, she accuses customers of damaging their own jewellery without letting them send their jewellery off for inspection. She has hung up on my phone calls multiple times and accused me of abusing her when all I asked for was some clarity into what is happening with my diamond engagement ring.She lies and doesn’t follow up on anything related to your diamond and refuses to help with any concern. She’s insulted me and I’ve never had a more disgusting experience with a sale or repair on my life, coming from a diamond retail sales background myself.Last correspondence was ended with her replying to me I'm not putting up with this s$%#" as she threw the phone

They don't even deserve one star. The customer service is appaling. So rude and lazy. Will not help with resizing if the ring was purchased at another store even if it has a lifetime care plan.

Buyers beware, staff will lie to you to get the sale then deny it later. Wish I had read the reviews on this place before I purchased.

Thanks for being the most stressful part of my wedding, special shout out to manager Nina for their appalling service.My future husband and I attended the store on 21/8, exactly 6 months to our wedding, with plans to get our wedding bands on this day as a fun countdown activity. We walked out of the store happy on the day, great deal for 2 plain 18kt wedding bands for $1600 with the idea that they would be in our size ready to pick up in approx. a month.This is where the service turns awful. On the 23/8 I received call saying “oops sorry we can only do that price at 9kt, please pay another $500”. Excuse me what?? How is that acceptable. After arguing with the store manager, our only options- get cheaper equivalent rings from Zamels- pay the extra- get a refundThe manager apologised claiming her own personal life was hard (my sympathies but ultimately not my problem)If I had the energy I would have involved fair trading because surely this is not acceptable.We decided to get a refund, but unfortunately the bad service continued. It took the store almost 2 hours to process our refund. How is that acceptable? Do they not realise we actually have a life and other things to do?Sure the free photo frame we were given as a consolation gift was nice, but I would have preferred the 8 hours of stress back that this awful store caused me.Would never shop here again and I have told everyone I know about my disgusting experience this week.

Would give 0 stars if possible! Terrible customer service at the Mandurah store! Staff are deceitful of the terms and conditions and provide assurance of refunds if item not suitable, but then deny it when the time comes. They should be honest with their customers. Will be filing a complaint.
