There is an amazing Popkultcha store here if you like that sort of thing. Best range of pop culture statues anywhere.

Love the locals.. cafe is relaxing and pleasant. Very friendly staff and my go to place for lunch. It’s very close to the ocean which is a plus.

I was very surprised to find this area has changed so much. Great little spot to grab a bite to eat or a few brewskies.

Very good organized Pivot City with Vintage Market, Cafe shops, Gym and more. Spacious and easy parking for plenty of cars. The green area around the building prevents a beautiful environment.

What a secret gem in the heart of Geelong. The area has been really well maintained and the owners must be ambitious as they want to grow the area into something special. The garden and landscaping is regularly updated and maintained. Looking forward to see what this place will be in a few years time.

Went to 1915 there a great place for drinks and cocktails. Staff friendly and helpful.

As a business park, Pivot Cit Innovation District and the Federal Mills is (mostly) fantastic. It’s got heaps of amenities; an abundance of parking space, green areas, is accessible and has plenty of well thought through courtyards and other open areas.The one area it really falls down as a place of work is the lack of eating options. Both the Federal and Pickers Union (the only two eateries within a 15 minute walk) are seriously overpriced (among service and management issues).It’s unfathomable that a place that boasts about having 900+ employees is only serviced by two eateries. There’s no simple sandwich place, no cheap bakery, no quick sushi or banh mi - you either drive elsewhere or pay $20 for an OK roll or salad.I’d implore the owners of the Federal Mills to explore possibilities for more eating options. I hope they take a leaf out of Cotton On HQ’s book and offer a simple, salad bar-style business that I’m sure would be a raving success among tenants.
