The worst service ever. With a Solis Inverter at my property, all the inverter issue I had, Peter refused to hear out and just bluntly says, call your solar retailer or call distributor. Whilst I got help from everyone but SOLIS, until after 2 months of trying, my solar retailer stepped into replace the inverter with another brand inverter outside of warranty and now my system is working. Pathetic service with zero liability. DONT BUY SOLIS!!!

SHONK-is what an absolute joke this bunch of shonks at Cheltenham are!Absolutely inept of any customers support strategy whatsoever any rating above 1 star is definitely from someone from SHONK-is for sure! Do yourself a favour go GOODWE.

WORSE COMPANY EVER!!!!! Our inverter has broken, its under warranty but this company is like drawing blood from a stone. No replies by either phone or emails. So hard to get any info out of them in regards to replacement. Even our solar company who installed it are having a hard time contacting them in regards to our claim.Seems as though they were happy to take our money, but now dragging their feet with having to replace THEIR FAULTY PRODUCT!!!!!I will be contacting the ombudsman! This company is ridiculous!!!!!!Im sure they will pull out all the excuses under the sun to avoid responsibility.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR PRODUCTS!!!!!!!

My Solis inverter has intermittent problems and due to the installation error from Euro Solar (went broke) that did not have the 300mm head height above the inverter Solis copped out and voided the warranty. Apparently the inverter overheated, even though it took almost 5 years to get there. Really!I strongly recommend that you check your installation to ensure that you don't sit with the problem I had. Solis will tell you that you need a new inverter.

I recently received excellent service from Solis to setup wifi connectivity to the inverter. The guys were very helpful and talked me through the process to completion. Very impressed.

Instead of promptly addressing the problem, they resorted to shifting blame onto external factors and completely avoiding their responsibility. It became evident that they were more interested in deflecting blame than rectifying the situation.What infuriated me the most was their refusal to acknowledge their own faults and provide a satisfactory solution. They showed a complete lack of transparency and failed to communicate effectively with me throughout the entire process. It seemed as though they were intentionally trying to deceive and mislead me, making it increasingly difficult to trust their expertise.Their customer service was nothing short of abysmal. Whenever I contacted them for assistance, I was met with a dismissive attitude and unhelpful responses. It was as if they were inconvenienced by my legitimate concerns. They consistently failed to respond in a timely manner, if at all, leaving me in a state of frustration and helplessness.Furthermore, their unwillingness to stand behind their product and provide any sort of warranty or guarantee was deeply disappointing. It became evident that they were solely focused on making a profit, rather than ensuring customer satisfaction. Their lack of accountability only served to highlight their disregard for their customers' needs and concerns.Overall, my experience with this solar inverter provider was incredibly negative. Their refusal to own up to their faults, coupled with their poor customer service and lack of accountability, left me feeling cheated and frustrated. I strongly caution anyone considering their services to think twice and explore other reliable options in the market. It's disheartening to see a company prioritize their own interests over the satisfaction and well-being of their customers.

Very happy with the service and support from Solis. Peter and his staff have been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. I would definitely recommend Solis.Jayne
