Only place in the world that had the Rockshox I was looking for. Shipped to Canada in about a week. New coil shock feels amazing! No complaints ... oh and with the difference in CAD and AUS dollar it was cheaper than buying from home.

It took a week for my badly worn headshok to go from Melbourne to Brisbane, get fixed by Aden at Cyclinic and be posted back down again. I could not be happier with the excellent service and reasonable price. Thank you. If your Headshok needs fixing, Cyclinic is the place to send it.

I recently purchased a Fox transfer Dropper post and it arrived in a matter of days!! I opened the box and realized I ordered the wrong length. I called them immediately and they were great! We worked out what length I needed ordered the new one and he explained the returns procedure. The new post came soon after I sent the original back and the money was refunded with no fuss no mess. Trek where not going to have bolts to mount shock in stock for several months, Cyclinic had better aftermarket once in for near half the price of Treks out of stock. They also let me know the bushing sizes to order for my bike and shock nearly instantly when asked.I had avoided Cyclinic as in 2019 my shock broke, sent in for service where I was rung and told the shock blew up as the wrong oil was used on the last service. When I informed Cyclinic they where the last to service they didn't make things right. With this latest experience with Cyclinic I believe this was likely a once off and will look to send my shocks back to them in future.

Very fast turnaround, less then 24 hours after receiving my damaged fork, they had contacted me with quote, and had it repaired and back in the post sending it back to me! Very impressed and highly recommend

Super good service from Jules and team, item dispatched within a couple of hours and not just an online store, a quick phone call helped find a coil I didn't know would fit my shock. And the orders(sometimes) come with some jelly beans - winning!
