Marvellous Nails

Under no circumstances should you patronise this business. Staff here stole from a loyal customer. She accidentally left her travel wallet with recently exchanged cash on the counter and when she came back to get it they lied and turned accusations on her. After a visit from police the wallet mysteriously appeared at the info desk.. but with thousands of dollars missing. Very unfortunate turn of events considering a large group of us were loyal and loving customers.

I had a terrible experience here today. I felt very rushed and the staff were rude and abrupt to me. They weren’t friendly and were rough handling. My nails ended up being thick in some areas and different shapes. I also did not get the shape I asked for. I was left with polish around my nails and was not offered hand cream or oil at the end. Another girl saw that her nails on one hand were complete different lengths to the other and when she asked for the tips to be redone the nail tech only offered to put acrylic on to build it up. Would not recommend this business all they cared about was rushing through to get more customers rather than focusing on their current ones and making sure they were happy with the end result!!!!

i asked for french tips and was given a fully white nail, workers were rude and didnt listen. would not recommend

It's the only place I ever go for nails. Have been dealing with Kathy for 10 years now from her Roxburgh Park shop. Extremely accommodating, whatever you ask for, they do.

1 star is even too much to rate this place. I wouldn’t recommend even if it were for free.Disappointing on all counts - they are ruthless with the tools - cut me & made me bleed then kept applying alcohol to the area to keep the pain going.I had to walk out unfinished and they still wanted me to pay for a bleeding toe.Disgusting. Do not go here!
