Walked in to store on 8th of July at 10.30 with intention of buying a quality sunglasses and spent about 3 minutes there , 2 young ladies were behind the counter busy on their phone and didn't seem to be interested about asking why I was in store and I left !! I would be interested to know how long this business is going to last with this level of service !!

Price is unexpectedly cheap, even for DFO standard. Got a new pair of sunshade for 20 dollars and it looks top-notch.

Attendant who helped was very pleasant. But the manager(?) had a serious attitude problem.If what the manager said is true, never going back to the store.

Sales person was rude. She asked me what my price limit was I said $200 she turned to her college and laughed…

Was a great service from the sales person Alyssa and she was nice and helpful in that situation

Appalling customer service. There were two sales associates serving one customer, while I was forced to wait 15 minutes just to make my purchase. Was left ignored until one of the sales associate signalled the other sales associate with a nod of her head towards my direction, as if they were not planning to serve me.

Rude staff. Zero customer service and care. Product quality is also pretty bad. Don't be fooled by the sales signs.

Went there looking for a sunglass similar model I purchased there years ago... The staff at the counter ( young Asian girl) works there as a casual staff... Extremely patient & cheerful. Didn't get what I was looking for but will go back end of Jan to check again. Thank you for the exceptional customer service.11/1/18 -And just to muck it all up, Out of the 2 sun glasses i got 1 was defective, I called to inquire and the lady told me that it was possible to exchange and another voice from the background said ask him to come quickly, I am not going back quickly to exchange a $20 sun glass. Give your customers a timeline, a week may be 10 days.. QUICKLY!!! Arggghh07/10/19 - Ms. Rita did an excellent job helping me pick a pair of sunglasses, patient throughout the process which is a sign of good customer service. She seemed like the only one with the will to work there for some reason. The 2 other girls I couldn't figure out if it was lack of training, knowledge or enthusiasm bcos I went back after a $175 purchase in about 15 minutes asking if I could purchase a hardcase and I felt I was standing for a handout. The colour of the skin shouldn't matter in business the colour of money is what matters. Still giving 5 stars for Rita's efforts

Great range and service. Prices are decent too. Was served by an Asian lady who was really patient, friendly and demonstrated first class service. The service is everything as picking glasses can be a long trial and error process and the friendly staff made that an enjoyable experience. Thanks!
