I have shopped many times with Gary and the team at Road tested spares, the service and knowledge is top notch. The prices are competitive and parts are quality. I order from interstate and freight forwarding has been professional and quick. I continue to shop with these guys because they are helpful, friendly and are true car enthusiasts. Gary and the fellas were incredibly helpful in sourcing the parts needed to fix my vehicle. They cut me a sweet deal for the parts that I needed. Dealing with them has been a pleasure and they've been very patient and polite with me. It's good to know that your car's in good hands and I'll be back if I need them.

Paid a deposit for a transfer case to be picked up on same day over the phone 2 days ago, they can't find the transfer case and wont refund my deposit either.

Don’t trust Road Tested Spares ever never very disappointing customer service today I bought Toyota Radio today when I installed it was security locked when I took it back Road Tested Spares the reception guy said I can’t take, can’t replace it,can’t refund.never put your money at risk don’t trust Road Tested Spares please change your mind get your parts from other places.I returned the Toyota radio without getting refund.Very disappointingVery poor serviceDon’t how they are selling fake, broken parts

Tactful cheating, please do not enter this premises, 100% guaranteed Scott will cheat you. They lie, change stories, and sell you dodgy parts. You could get into serious accidents if you do business here. Find alternatives and avoid going to this fake market.

I’ve never been here before despite living in Campbelltown but I’m very pleased with my experience. I ordered a part from Gary that my mechanic advised me to get. They didn’t have it so he ordered it in for me but when I took it to my mechanic to fit it he realised he misdiagnosed the problem with my car. I didn’t think I would be able to return the part because they ordered it in but I explained the situation to Gary and he was very sympathetic and was happy to accept the part back less a handling and restocking fee which I feel is fair. Keep up the great work Gary and team, I’ll be back in future

My husband bought a used instrument panel for a Mitsubishi proton. It only worked for a limited time. He spoke to Garry and sent it back. As it was just out of warranty, Garry had this repaired and sent it back at no cost. We are located in rural NSW. Great service and highly recommend.

7.2.2023 They found the part for my van, $100+$4 (deposit + credit card fee) for them to order it, second hand part $385 total cost. I called my mechanic to check if he thought the price was ok, and he confirmed a new part would cost a fair bit more.6.2.2023 Needed a replacement lock mechanism for my driver side sliding door on my van. They didn't have my part in stock, but they called around for me. Very busy.
