This is arguably the nicest gel mani i have gotten since i moved to the gold coast. The staff took the time to actually soak my old polish off before grinding so my nails aren't thin and weak, and 2 weeks later still no chipping. The salon was also incredibly clean, and they used fresh tools! I'll be back :)

The best pedicure by far I have had from a walk-in nail bar. My therapist was very pleasant and thorough. The massage chairs also recline

Absolutely love! Have come down to get my nails done here 3 times and every time they manage to do an amazing job. I first came here on holidays from Brisbane, and now every time I need to get my nails done, I drive back down to palm beach. So happy with my nails now and I definitely recommend. The nail techs are always nice and welcoming. 5 stars xx

SNS peeled off my toenails within 24 hours on 2 occasions. Takes hours from the time you walk in and they’re all doing multiple people at once. Giving up on this place. So rough with the tools as well, cuts all around toenails.

I came in with 5 weeks old acrylic which was about to fall off and all cracked. I didn't have booking but was attended to within 10 mins. The girl I had was lovely and explained to me all that needed to be done since my nails were in absolute mess. It took a while to finish my nails but all that time was well spent cos I walked out with perfect nails full of Xmas designs. Surely ready for Xmas and New year parties.

Me and my girlfriend went in as walk ins for a gel manicure , we were seen to within 15 mins even though the shop was full. All items used were clean and individually wrapped and opened in front of us . They stick to the covid rules perfectly ! Unlike other places I have been they did the full service including soak, cuticles tended to , file, buff and gel polish . The lady who did our nails also offered us a hand/arm massage and wipe down with warm lemon grass towels . The manicurist was professional , the quality and speed was on point and the value for money is unreal only $40. We will both definitely be back , thank you ladies and gent who looked after us :)

Went to get my Sns removed to replace with shellac. I sat there for an hour with tin foil on my fingertips while they attend to other customers. I had to leave without getting my shellac because I ran out of time. Plus was charged $15 for the removal. They shouldn’t take on customers without finishing up the customer they already have started in. Joke.

Unfortunately a stressful experience. I was told it would be 15-20mins wait for a refill, and an hour later they had only just started to file off my old polish. It felt very rushed, and one nail isn’t straight and there are some bubbles in the top coat.

This salon is amazing, my nails looked absolutely stunning and these are my nails after 4 weeks and they’re still perfect (obviously I should’ve had another infill by now but I’ve been busy and they still look amazing) I’ve been twice now, I’m moved to Sydney but will be trying to still use this salon as much as possible when I’m on the coast!
