Not open when they say they are. Staff will just look at you through the window for 20 minutes and then tell you they aren't opening . Joke.

I ordered a few items earlier today. When the delivery driver dropped my items off, I answered the door he told me the people at the reject shop said that they were out of stock on the cat food that I ordered so they gave a refund back on that. But I decided to go to the shop and look myself and they had heaps of cat food in stock. Don't know what the deal was but I was not happy... I may only live 5 to 7 minutes away but items are heavy, that's why I ordered from door dash to be delivered it's not my first time ordering but it will be my last time...

It's an amazing one stop shop with reasonable pricing, one can buy a whole lot of things from birthday cards and gifts to party items, gardening items, storage tubs, electronics and much much more. It's worth visiting to do a quick shop.

Great staff who are professional, helpful and service oriented. Kudos to Petra. She was new to the store and helped me find what I was looking for. Her manager (a lady whose name I didn't catch) was also very helpful. Store is tidy, well organised with changing stock and clean.
