Rural Building Company unable to provide me with a project plan for the remaining works on my home in Perth which is now 3 months overdue with another (guestimate) of 3 months to go. Very concerning, dissapointing and now annoying.

I signed up with Plunkett in June 2021 with the absolute promise from various Plunkett representatives that my house would be finished within 12 months despite the challenging building environment!It is now the end of February 2023 (over 20 months) And my house still isn’t at lockup!!!20 MONTHS!!!NOT AT LOCKUP!!!SERIOUSLY!!!!!!The house is a very simple little single story home in Dunsborough Lakes!All of my neighbours who built with other builders have been living in their homes for months, despite all starting build around the same time!!JWH don’t care how their incompetence impact their clients life’s!Buyer beware!!
