Alright I think the roast was very underwhelming like if you want a roast you go to your mums place and get a free one the chips were very well seasoned but they were very hard to eat the nuggets were way to greasy points for the sauce tho but the fried chicken was pretty good nice and crunchy and a bit of spice and the onion rings were so good but skip the roast here go for the fried

disgusting on every level. Service the worst ever. Food filth. Drive through nothing short of a mistake. Took over half an hour to drive through for 10 wings & food was still frozen. Step up RR Management, give the children running the joint the night off & exersize some real customer service.

Six time I have been through the drive through in the last four weeks and the answer is “sorry we have no fried chicken” many time it has been at dinner time. When you would think they have cooked extra at that time of the day. So disappointed. Please get it together, I love your hot honey chicken. But just carnt seam to get it. :(

I haven’t been to RR for years and had a craving for chicken and chips. The wait was long but there weren’t many cars in the drive through.If I wasn’t wedged in I would have left. It was almost $14 for 1/4 tasteless chicken and cold chips and gravy and a drink. What the heck has happened to RR? I definitely won’t be back.

RR are always a bit dingy but this one was quite clean, toilet included. Still the best pineapple fritters ever (along with Chicken Treat in WA). Awkwardly I could hear the staff beefing with each other while waiting for my order. Doesn’t seem like the nicest place to work. Service was quite quick, tho.

Really disappointed. We ordered the hot honey chicken…it arrived with no honey sauce, I phoned and spoke to a young girl who said she packed the order and said she put 1W whatever that is on the order. I said that they are using false advertising. So in short don’t expect chicken smothered in sauce like in the advertising -it’s not there. Ripped Off.

Was the only car at the drive through. Ordered a rooster roll combo and got what tasted like 2 day old chips and so.e horrible roll I've never seen before. Close Glendale down RR!

Should give it zero what a joke don't waste your time..drive through window there's a 10 minute wait on fried chicken... ok I'll grab the 6 pack.... oh we don't have enough.. but you just said it was 10 minutes.. yes but we don't have 6 pieces... ok I'll have the 3.. no we can't do fried anymore... how many can i get.. no we can't do it at all..lol absolutely ridiculous at lunch time on a Sunday
