Lovely people and they have always assisted me, especially getting orders of bottled waters during lockdowns. I found the service is matching the convenience appropriately.

I am simply speechless at the service provided by Willoughby Mart during my trip to Sydney this year. Some products I am used to buying have been frustratingly difficult to procure, however each time I've contacted them to check their stock, I've received super speedy responses and when I've actually visited the stores; the customer service of the staff has been second to none - all friendly, chatty and lovely people. The reason I am writing this rare review is because tonight, on this rainy January evening, the owner(?) went above and beyond to make sure I got my imports and I just had to share my appreciation of this rare display of proper kindness. Thank you Willoughby Mart, you've made my evening. (✿◠‿◠)
