Had Jacob on site go through the house and explain in great length what we are purchasing, with a positive, friendly and with great knowledge of property history types that show he is the right choice for Building and Pest Inspections.Although nothing major was found in our case,Jacobs very thorough investigation of the property and boundary as well as additional advice on next steps and lite maintenance we need for ongoing happy living in our purchase gave us confidence to continue with the purchase in our new home.
