Knox Childcare and Kindergarten

The staff at Knox childcare are amazing!! They have made me feel so comfortable in my process to return to work, especially the staff in Nursery!!My first time in childcare and knowing that my daughter is happy and that she actually sleeps in care tells me that I have made the right choice in centres. Credit goes to the staff (especially Bianca) who have a calm and inviting environment and who are always happy, friendly and so easy to talk too.Every time i go to pick my daughter up all the children are happy playing, the centre is very clean and your greeted with a smile.Thank you so much!!!

I have now gone through (and still going!) the early years with my lot 3 times now at Knox Childcare and Kinder. Nicole and her wonderful team have always been so flexible and responsive to our little family’s needs which as a full-time working mum has been a godsend during my in-demand times. I loved the warm welcome we received from the same team who looked after my eldest 9 years ago and now looking after my youngest in the babies room this year. The team and leadership are amazing and I simply can’t rate them high enough. Special thanks to Bianca, Michelle, Annika, Uma and all the ladies - their ongoing care and support is really appreciated! They bring joy to my little one’s day.

We cannot happier with the amazing team at Knox Childcare and Kindergarten. Our eldest was there for 4.5 years and blossomed, as is our youngest. The team are like a second family, and are always after the best for the children. They are supportive, and have an incredibly open and honest communication style. They are superstars!!!

My children have been going to this centre for almost 3yrs. The staff are very friendly, professional and care about the wellbeing and development of all children. My kids are very happy being at this centre and feel loved and engaged by the educators. The daily activities are always changing and creative, lots of outdoor space (my sons love the slides) and they find the food delicious, usually going back for an extra serve. They are very strict with their medication administration policies and are extreamly prompt at contacting family with ANY knock or the smallest graze to above the neck injury per their policy. This is very reassuing to me as my husband and myself are nurses. During the covid crisis they have been very engaging with lots of remote learning activities, online content and zoom catch up sessions with their friends and educators. We have been very happy at this centre and would highly recommend this centre!

Small center with not much outdoor room for children to play. Especially baby and toddler room they share a very small outdoor area. My child didn't get good care at this center. Always come home with dirty clothes full of food stain. Don't think they care about hygiene. The room leader Bianca in baby room is very rude. My child always come home with bruises on his body. I think they don't watch children closely or pay enough attentions. I was so regret to put my child there.

I could not recommend this Centre enough! I am updated consistently on what my daughter is doing, including loads of photos. If any accidents happen I am contacted immediately. Staff are super friendly, professional, and well educated. My daughter has come leaps and bounds socially since going here, and I am positive that I made the right decision.

One of the best childcare centre in Knox Area. I would highly recommend this centre! Staff is very friendly and always keen to help and listen. My daughter is very happy and she enjoys playing with other kids. Centre looks clean and tidy all the time. We have had our son at this centre for nearly 4 years and he had enjoyed his time at this centre.Thank you so much for all the care you have provided to our children!!
