Their Customer Service team were extremely helpful and their Maintenance Staff were polite, friendly and very well rounded with both their knowledge and expertise.I knew that I was in good hands when they arrived. Very helpful, knowledgeable and understanding after we were fleeced by another unscrupulous plumbing business. They were able to repair our older but solid AC system in very quick time. Should've gone to them first! Happy to recommend EMS Air.

EMS performed annual service on our evaporated aircon, also looked for faults as required.Service was prompt, and technician was friendly and knowledgeable.We are always happy with our dealings with EMS.
