Not so much a reflection of the Albury teams service but more head offices' constraints - I was quoted a price, I had 5 business days to approve it rather than the usual 30 because of an upcoming price rise. I came in to approve the quote on the 4th day and head office had bumped up the prices early. So it didn't matter if you were getting it on Zip or paying cash-in-full... It was full price or nothing and when it's $6k+ it's hard to make that decision in 4 days but we got there, it's done and I was served with a smile but it would have been nice to have been made an offer due to the time constraints and the ability to pay in full in such time... Great looking product and a great video test on YouTube.

Hugh and the staff have provided nothing but exceptional service in fitting out my new D-max X Terrain with all the bells and whistles. With supply being an issue due to Covid, I have been updated regularly on ETA’s and they have been fully flexible to my work schedule to fit things in. Whenever I have had any questions, they have taken the time to answer and explain things in a straightforward manner. Great work Lads!

I brought my car with a town issue. To be honest, I didn't believe that could be fixed. Staff member very kindly try many different methods to sort it, until he fixed problem. Thanks again!!

Went to the TJM site at the Albury 4wd expo a couple of months ago to research a canopy for my 2016 Triton. Steve was very helpful on the day and informed me of pending price increases to be mindful of.2 weeks ago I went in store for a follow up quote with Hugh and I was very impressed with the pricing and being able to source me a canopy with a 5 day turnaround. I dropped the deposit, then Greg looked after dispatch from Melbourne and fitting in Albury last Friday. So happy with end result, looks fantastic and exactly what I wanted.

Excellent service. The guys are easy to get along with, and very informative. Also, they sell awesome products!

Tjm have bern very accommodating toward the end of the year with sloting in our 4x4 to add a few upgrades towards Christmas. I do recommend highly great services!
