Great shop in a busy thoroughfare, there is plenty parking available on side street as well as at the front of the shop although restricted by bus lane restriction

Been here twice and every time I have received the best customer service from the staff here. Their product knowledge is excellent and they were more then willing to answer the many questions I had. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy Stihl products.

I bought from this shop few machines , when gets something wrong with them and you come back to ask for fixing they will tell you buy new one because not worth it to fix it!Even you have product under warranty they are not interested to fix it. Customer service very bad ! They also hiding yours invoices in their Pc system, so when you have machines broken and still under warranty , don’t think they will fix it ! You have to buy new one :)).I’m not recommending to buy anything there !One of the worst tools shop in Sydney.

The best most professional power tool people in Sydney.These guys have everything imaginable, from Fuel to Electric.Their range is awesome, and they sharpened my Ozito chainsaw for $18.It now works like new, Highly recommend these guys.

5 stars for the Stihl shop! I run a small gardening business and roll with Stihl hedgers, blowers. snippers and brush cutters. Love Stihl and love this shop. Look no further for domestic or commercial equipment.

Nice team of young guys there, I called before I went in to check if stock was available prompt reply and good manner over the phone. Good service once in store answered all my questions confidently. Had a great array of tools and all looked to be in stock which is good to see. Hedger is razor sharp! Easy parking right out the front or side of shop!
