Shaver Shop Harbour Town Gold Coast

Went into the Giant chemist to look for a fragrance, the staff member was so obliging and stock levels were amazing so I just had to buy some. Next I visited the shaver shop and it was the opposite experience, actually depressing so I walked out, went home and ordered a shaver online from Amazon.

Purchased a gift for my husband but unfortunately it was not what he wanted. We went to return it and we were told no refunds and any problems we have to contact the manufacturer!! Way you satisfy your customers!! Would NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN..BUYER BEWARE!!!

Worst experience everI bought a Wahl Beard shaver from them. The Girl their asked me what you gonna use it for? And I told her that I need something for my beard and side trim and when I asked her recommendation she say Wahl trimmer will be good for that use.And when I used it at home it wasn't Sharpe enough for the side trimmer. So, I went back to the shop and asked them that its not good enough so can I exchange it to something better, (I didn't ask for money back, I was just asking to get better one) and the Girl serving me said that its is not for side trims and I told her that the girl on counter told me that I can use it for sides too. And girl who sold it to me She declined the truth that I ever asked her that can I use it for sides. And I was astound but I didn't argue there and came back with the same trimmer. I couldn't resist that how can someone lie to you on your face...I could have written her name too but I hope God prevail her good sense.And yes I forget to mention that I bought it on Sunday 4th of July.

The lady on today, was so helpful and knew the product details, she went above and beyond customer service and saved me time and money, this is go to shop from now on, thankyou again

Have a look at the reviews and let that speak for itself. The business has absolutely no competition. They’re half the price of Woolworths and Coles for razor heads, they have a massive selection of razors consistently cheaper than other electrical retailers and their customer service is unmatched and is just standard to all stores I’ve visited. Never had a 4 star experience to date.

The shop looks clean, tidy and presentable. However staff member was on her phone and pretending to be on computer.... not a great look for the store and potential customers to see
