There was not a long wait and friendly staff problem solved

Poor customer service, took my Samsung back after screen went dark, initially was told no fault, after going back a 2nd time they did send it away, 4 weeks later no word from them as to any progress, rang call centre, was advised they indeed had a replacement instore for me,went to collect only to be told there was no one there to help me. Paying for a phone I don't have. Very poor

Very helpful set my phone up for payment to come out each month..

Terrible customer service was told there would be a hour wait. Didn't seem to be busy. So came back in an hour still waiting only wanted to change to a pre paid service finally get service, the guy had to get help Didn't know what he was doing. And drinking a Redbull while doing it was a bit rude. Not trained in dealing with customers, rude and don't care attitude.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My partner went overseas and forgot to pay the bill. Realised this when my phone stopped working and wouldn't connect to the net. went to the store to pay my bill. Was asked if I had tried the app. Told them I didn't want it and i cant connect to the internet to get it and can I please pay my bill. Was told that i would have to come back in 2 days to see someone. Was asked if they could see my phone, instantly connected to store WiFi and installed an app I told them i didn't want on my phone. Was told to sit on the couch and try it. App doesn't work. 20 minutes later asked how I was going.informed them the app doesn't work. Asked again, quite clearly could she please type my phone number in to the computer 2 metres away, print out my bill and I will pay it with the eftpos machine sitting next to the computer? Apparently this was impossible. I still can't understand why. At my cost I drove to the Eastland's telstra store and explained what had occurred. The nice man was flabbergasted and had printed out my bill, rang up the total and I was gone in a few minutes. As it should have been in the first place. All the glenorchy store wanted to do was install an unwanted app and get rid of me. All I wanted was a simple service. Will be going to a different provider after this appalling incident.

I was greeted warmly when I walked into the store and after realising I would need to speak to a technician, I was advised I wouldn’t need to wait in store, that I could go do my groceries and they’d phone when they were ready for me. And the wait was 20 mins less than they’d predicted!Kara who helped was super friendly and solved my problem easily. Would recommend time and time again

Went to upgrade my phone and plan, was in the store for 15 miniutes, not one sales person acknowledged or greeted me, greeted and served 3 people who came in after me. Left and will take my business to another store.

Went in to ask about my bill the man with stinky breath told me to go on the app and see if I pay for it on there but it didn't work so I left and rang telstra on the phone and they easily looked up my account and said that I have pay it.How easy was that just looked up the account on the computer and see if I pay it or notAnd they need more service people to serve people not just the one person
