If you don’t know how to speak to people in a respectful manner then you should not work in retail. The bread was nice, however, very unpleasant staff. Clearly I’m not the first person to make this observation.

Bought two danishes and they were off, the fruit had fermented. Not sure how long they had been sitting there. Avoid going here!

Absolutely discusting hygiene standards! On several occasions now, I have confronted the older blond haired lady who serves behind the counter on regular occasions and told her of my diss appointment that she handles the bread with her bare hands and with those same hands handles the money etc. She has apologized to me twice in the past and says that she normally uses gloves or plastic bags to handle the bread. Today I came to the front counter while she had her back to the counter , she was re arranging the bread on display picking up every loaf with her bare hands and moving them around , without her turning around to see if she was being watched, I said to her I would have bought a loaf except you are handling them with your hands"

I understand sometimes food can be hit and miss, however there isn’t an excuse for unfriendly service. Pie and sausage roll I rate at 3/5

Had breakfast here quite a few times. Food is always good, freshly baked pies and pre made sandwiches. Perfect for quickly grabbing food either on the way in or out as there isn’t really anything else in the centre in the way of cafe ect. Good customer service on each visit

Very friendly staff with reasonable food. I found pastry on pies a little too thick a doughy for my taste but fillings were full of flavor.

Horrible!Went here first time in afternoon with my friend just before close up and bought cheese, steak bacon pie for $5.80. Pie was small, flavour was non existent with hardly any cheese and literally got only one tiny cube of bacon in the whole pie.My friend got a fruit bun.Next morning went in again as I believe in second chances lol, started to look at the goods and woman in her 40’s with blonde hair at the counter asked me what I wanted immediately upon entering. I was polite, said good morning and I just need a look first please. A man came in a few seconds after this and was obviously a regular customer knowing exactly where to go and what he wanted, my friend came in a few seconds after that and the lady also immediately asked her what she wanted, my friend pointed to me and said “oh sorry, her first I’ll have to have a look first please”. I was bending down looking at the cabinet during this statement , when the lady turned to me and rolled her eyes and shook her head stating “urggh!” as she did so.I simply stated that “I’ll have the Apple and cinnamon cupcake, if that’s okay?”The woman had so much attitude slamming the door open and tossing the cupcake in a bag that I tossed my bank card at her to pay.She turned to my friend and said”you?!”My friend got another fruit bun, upon getting the bun with the woman still being rude, she asked if it was fresh as it was very hard and all the bread seemed to be in the exact same place as the afternoon before. The woman simply replied “of course it is, do you want it or not”We are our goods near by, the bread was obviously not fresh with it even being hard to pull apart. The cupcake I purchased was not an apple n cinnamon, it was simply a stale vanilla cupcake they put vanilla icing with cinnamon sugar on top.While we sat n picked at our food, we witnessed another customer purchase bread to eat with it obviously also being stale and then simply throwing it in the bin.

Friendly service with a good variety of bread products, pies, cakes, slices etc. Healthy sandwiches and rolls to go. Be quick if u have preferences.
