Where do I start , I wanted to leave a second review on Facebook but it wouldn’t let me haha ! Twice I have used Modern Trend Tiling and twice I have been left in awe with the quality of Joel’s Workmanship . I am so super happy with my ensuite . Thanks Joel and team !!!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Joel in the creation of our new bathrooms. He was professional, responsive to our queries and concerns, and gave us a great experience. We had two bathrooms renovated sequentially and were very happy with the jobs done by Joel and his team. At first we were a bit concerned that as a tiler, would Joel be up to the task as a project manager? We soon found out that he was excellent in this role.His quote was impressive. Not only very competitive among the three quotes we got, but also the most detailed, so we knew exactly what we were signing up for.During the work, Joel kept us well informed. We knew day by day, who would be coming and when. Everything was tightly scheduled. The jobs were completed very quickly but without compromising quality work, for example allowing adequate time for concreting to cure and for water-proofing to dry.The various tradesmen although sub-contracted separately, worked well as a team. Their individual skills were high quality, and as people, they were genuinely nice people who would go the extra mile. For example, one day my wife was asking the electrician about a faulty electrical power point in our kitchen (which had nothing to do with our bathroom renovations) and he fixed it for us for free.During the work we were impressed at how well they looked after the rest of the house. Tarps and drop-sheets kept all our carpets and walkways clean and at the end of each day, they vacuumed up any mess created.Overall, we were highly impressed. Getting bathroom renovations done while you are still living in the house is a potentially very stressful experience. Our expectations were exceeded. We were so glad we went with Joel. We are now thoroughly enjoying both of our new bathrooms.
