I contacted Geoff to fix my leaking balconies. He said he'd be there at 4pm on a certain day. I then received a call a few hours prior asking if he could come earlier which I agreed. He didnt show. When I called him again to find out what was happening, he said he'd be there at 4. He didnt show again. I tried calling him a few times and he didnt answer or reply to my messages.He found him unreliable and are lucky we found out early instead of in the middle of him doing the work.
