I tried to hire them today for a case near identical to a type they have an article about on their website, that is how I found them. After hearing only the subject it relates to they said no, which was surprising given they have an article about exactly that. I asked could I have 30 seconds to explain the situation in more detail to see if that might change things and they said no. Am I wrong to think that was not a good customer service?
