Worst service ever! They are very rude and no basic manners. Did my nails and after few days, I had to go back to fix one of my nails. The staff there was so rude. First she told me she can’t fix it and when I told her I got it done from them she said I have to wait and when I asked how long, she shouted saying “You wait” very rudely and yelled at me saying “move away.” When you are dealing with customers, you need to learn how to speak with them. I can go anywhere to get my nails done. I don’t need them, they are the ones who need customers. And if this is how they behave with their clients then they will lose clients. Never going there again!

Went in for a relaxing foot spa and manicure but was dumbfounded when i was told it's already finished and I've just sat down for like 5 minutes?!! What a waste of $55. And they have no customer interaction whatsoever, the staff all talked to each other and the only interaction with clients is tapping and pointing out what to do next without even looking at you, I was like ??!!!? Look at the photos and see for yourself. that's the manicure and pedicure they gave me. I didn't ask for coloured nail polish but still that's not how it's supposed to look like after a spa mani/pedi. I should have just cut my own toenails and fingernails for free. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Got SNS here and they did pretty good job. They were efficient and yes they do speak in there own language all the time which is not new as most of the nail salon do the same.

This is my first time to have a bad review about a certain spa, just had my service in this spa 30 mins ago. I’ve noticed that the place looks really nice from the outside so i decided to try it.Once I’ve enter the place noticed that staff doesn't know how to greet a costumer cause they are all busy with their phonesTo the person who did my Brazilian wax, she is very unprofessional, doesn’t have any compassion and doesn’t know how to be gentle with costumerAfter my wax there is a staff sitting infront of the room and give me this weird look which is a bit rudeI’ve been too a lot of spa where every staff are nice, compassionate, knows how to be gentle and will greet you with smiles as soon as you enter the place.Definitely will not recommend this place to my family and friends as they have a poor service.

if it was possible i would put no stars. i didn’t get what i asked for and when i asked to have it fixed up i was encountered with attitude. furthermore she says to wait for it to wash out like i want to leave a beauty salon feeling beautiful. it’s 2023 fix up and do better smh.

Poor service, do not understand English well, hard to communicate. Did the pedicure today and got the worst service ever. The girl was doing at first pedicure, I asked for extra cleaning my feet. she didn’t finish her job and left, didn’t say anything to me even! So rude!!

I've been going to Beauty & Nails Boulevard for a few years now and they always do a great job on my nails. Technician today, she was very personable and did very nice work on my shellac colour polish. I will continue to come back in the future. I would definately recommend their service!

I have been going here for a long time.. the ladies are so nice and professional my lashes and nails are always done the way I like it.. I always go and have Winnie do them always perfect

Worst service ever!! , I usually would never go out of my way to write a bad review but I'm telling you now ! Don't waste your money at this place. Paid $55 for mani and pedi worst nails I've ever experienced, rushed job and they made me pay before they started my manicure. Over all very disappointed.

Poor service, super slow and just wasn’t welcoming.The lady this morning rushed myself, nieces and sisters feet. Never put the massage chair on either… took for my niece to ask and the lady looked at me and said “do it yourself”. She is 4 any other places I’ve gone they have put the massage chair on themselves. They didn’t scrub our feet either, so our feet felt the same as they already were wish sucks because other places we usually feel the huge change once our feet have been done.
