Fantastic Blinds, fantastic people! Vincent was very helpful with obligation free quotes. Jessica was very accommodating to arrange for partial installation of our blinds and curtains before our shutters arrived. Michael and Tyson were a great team doing the installations. A few little issues along the way, but overall very happy with the team and support.

The team and products provided at Fantastic Blinds and Shutters certainly live up to their name. After being told by a different company that plantation shutters weren’t structurally viable, Vincent (experienced rep) and Michael (experienced installer) problem solved a way to make it work, and we now have the desired plantation shutters installed in our kitchen windows. We were so happy with the completed look that we arranged for more to be installed in our two front bedroom bay windows, and we absolutely LOVE the look and quality of the shutters. Again, apparently installing plantation blinds in bay windows (in an older property) isn’t the easiest of jobs, but the team again worked out a solution, and truly outdid themselves. Additionally, the admin process (arranging a quote, payment and delivery/ installation) was very efficient and such an easy process- thank you Jessica- you’re friendly and helpful service did not go unnoticed. Would highly recommend this service to anyone!

We had sought high and low to get a quote for the 5.7m motorized zipscreen as many don’t do this wide. Vincent is very helpful and quick in providing a quote and the measurement was arranged very quickly. The blind installation was done within 2 hours however the electricity was hard to connect in our situation due to smart home system and whole piece of metal roof. After couple weeks of wait since the first electrician failed to do it, Vincent was able to get a second electrician to complete the electricity installation just before Christmas Day - a magic - Vincent and his electrician has made a great effort to make this happen. Thank you Vincent and the hard working electrician!

I had installed blinds from very happy with the service, Jim was excellent to start with, very professional, on time , good follow up. Later Jessica managed the installation smoothly with the installer coming on time and did the perfect job.Very happy with the blinds quality as well.Would recommend fantastic blinds.
