We stumbled upon this place in a desperate search for coffee on morning. We thought it looked OK from the outside but was pleasantly surprised at how lovely it was inside. The outdoor garden dining area was gorgeous! The food was lovely, as was the coffee. Well definitely visit again next January.

We drove past Ruby's end of December 2022. Really really wanted to visit based on all the amazing reviews. It was closed both times and no note on the door saying when it would open. This would be much appreciated, esp by travellers that might drive a fair way to visit.Hoping to enjoy next time! Xx

We were in Tamworth for the weekend and ended up dining at Ruby’s several times. The staff were so friendly and made us feel welcome in the homely, cozy cafe. The garden and flowers were beautiful, and the food was delicious and generously served! Great coffee too. We’ll definitely be going back.

A great atmosphere inside and outside. Friendly service and provide blankets if it's a bit chilly outside. The food was underwhelming considering the price for something vegetarian though.

Sad to leave this place a bad review because I want to bad to love it.This is the second time I have walked out of this place before ordering anything.We went there to enjoy sitting outside in the beautiful courtyard but almost every free table was littered with plates and cups that hadn’t been cleaned up. The whole place felt really dirty. The one table we thought okay maybe we’ll sit here, the chairs were covered in bird poo. Perhaps the bird poo isn’t entirely the restaurants fault, but on top of the mess everywhere else it was the last straw.I wouldn’t typically complain about plates and things as I know things can fall by the waist side when things get busy but instead of cleaning they were taking pictures of food? There were lots of staff inside that could have been clearing plates outside.I gave 2 stars as I’ve been here once before and managed to actually sit and order and the food was alright.Such a shame the other 2 times I’ve visited it’s been a let down.

Quirky cafe / flower shop with inside and outside seating in a garden setting. Coffee is acceptable served by friendly young staff in a very pleasant atmosphere off the street.

Just had breakfast here and can’t praise the food, coffee, and service enough. Great garden settings with tables amongst the shrubs. Definitely worth coming back to.

Gorgeous quaint cafe! Nice outdoor area and lovely staff. French toast is 5 stars, pears perfectly poached and the brûlée on the banana was outstanding. Definitely would recommend!
