Parkview Apartments

I booked to stay here through air b and b 2 days before arrival they cancel!! No message to apologise or explain just refund and air h and b auto responce sent. Bad service

Stayed two nights here. Great location and space. The room was quite clean but there were some ants discovered in the bathroom and kitchen. Reasonable price and convenient.The bed was soft and I slept well there. However, our room was right next to the entrance and on the ground floor of the apartment so we could hear the sound so clearly whenever someone opened and closed the door. And unfortunately there was construction next to the apartment so there was some noise. This is not about the apartment itself but it did affect our experience a bit.

I recently stayed at the Parkview apartment in Brisbane and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The apartment itself was modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for my short-term stay. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to public transport and a range of shops and restaurants nearby.But what really made my stay at Parkview exceptional was the outstanding customer service provided by Yoki and Dante. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations for things to do in the area. Their friendly and professional demeanor made me feel right at home.Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the Parkview apartment and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for short-term accommodation in Brisbane. Yoki and Dante's exceptional customer service truly made my stay unforgettable.

Easy check-in, 24hr self check in available. Room is very clean. Very comfortable king bed. Lots of room for a studio apartment. All amenities in good order. Secure access, outdoor is secured. Building is happening next door. The staff left a courtesy note and some earplugs, although the noise was not really an issue. Might have appreciated a 'heads up' when I booked. Only booked days beforehand. Otherwise all good.

My wife and I have stayed here previously and the room was not as filthy as before. There was blood on the pillow cases and blood on the wall. The outside felt like walking on pure dirt rather than a tiled floor.For some strange reason the bed was on wheels which made it uncomfortable and frustrating to use. The chairs were disgusting with dirt and crumbs still in the creases. The cockroaches in our room probably felt more at home than we did. Potentially our last stay here.

Cancelled on us last minute. We tried to contact them yesterday & this morning, took 3 phone calls to go through and were told our accommodation was cancelled and they didn't know why.Now having to find accommodation day of because of poor communication & service.

Parkview Apartments in Brisbane city provided a fantastic stay. Pros include its prime city location, free car parking, touchless check-in/out, and friendly communication. The room was decent but could use some improvements. The pillar in between was annoying while taking the car in or out of the apartment. Overall, it is highly recommended for its convenience and excellent amenities. 4 stars.

We arrived late Sunday afternoon and found the road closed due to a festival in the park across the road which made getting in here quite difficult and we did not receive any communication of this prior to arriving. Once finally in we soon realised there was no elevator and we were going to have to lug 4 heavy suitcases up 4 flights of stairs which are quite narrow! There is not mention of this on there site either.The apartment is quite spacious but that's about it. First of all the carpet has a hole in it, it has a faint smell of cigarettes, the couch is very dated and really uncomfortable and there is mold growing in places like the window sills. The walls are so thin good luck getting any sleep after 4am with all the birds in the park and then construction work next door starting up at 5am. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with king and two singles and got a queen instead. The queen mattress was so old and soft it almost sank to the base when you sat on it and the opposite with the singles where they were like concrete!I would not recommend this place at all. Only good thing is location.

These apartments were in a great location for us as we were in Brisbane for a two day trade event. We were presenting and had a tradestand, so location was important just 5 minutes from the BECC.Secure parking and card entries. We had a one bedroom apartment which were a very spacious size from the lounge, kitchen, bedroom, walk-in wardrobe and bathroom/laundry. Bed was very comfortable. This apartment ticked all the boxes for us.I can't speak for the other apartments but the one we stayed in needs some repairs and maintenance. As you enter the apartment the carpet is repaired with duck tape. Some of the taps in the kitchen and bathroom are leaking.Housekeeping didn't seem to understand when and when not to replace towels - they replaced towels that didn't need replacing and items left on the floor for cleaning were left there.I would stay again but it's a shame to see such a good space not be up kept.
