Went and bought some trackpants for my son but they were too short in the leg, went back to get a refund and was told No Refunds" are given. I am not sure why as they had the tags still on

I went to burwood In-sport to return a bought pair of ladies puma sport shoes for my 13 year old as the back of the shoe lining peeled off somewhere between store sales person getting the other shoe, which we didn't see anyway as they were rushing us to close doors, and putting them in the box and my daughter going to wear them for first time. Then the acting manager refused to refund/exchange on return within 2 weeks, she said the box was not with it. As far as Im aware NSW State trading law refers to a valid sales contract for the actual goods/services sold and that doesn't include the plastic, paper bags or boxes they come in or the paper they fill the shoes to prop the insides up - it's also unreasonable to expect it.The average person doesn't and shouldn't have to anticipate or expect something to go wrong with goods regardless, needless to say, worry about ALL THE myriad of boxes n wrappings cludding up the small spaces we have live in. ANDMost companies where returns have occurred don't worry or care about these coverings or wrappings. Far as I'm concerned I paid for the box anyway so they should jus reduce refunds by that cost.However, even after we spent resources on returning them, I felt taken advantage of as a fool and then disrespected as the acting manager was abrupt and dismissive immediately on seeing a different box saidNo you can't get a refund, as it was company policy and therefore had no discretion in the second place to make an acception, even after their receipt statesPlease keep the receipt as proof of purchase for refund/exchange within 30 days. (Full stop).I don't need this impact nor can I afford another pair of expensive shoes especially ones that disintegrate before your eyes. Now my 12 year old is without sport shoes for school until I can afford her another pair from an already tight budget.I have no choice but to lodge dispute with INSPORT at a NSW Fair Trading. My daughter is the one who has to go without, til I can afford a cheap pair and has to wear in further the old ones.

Great variety, fair prices but could benefit from another change room as one is obviously not enough.

Excellent customer service from the staff named Jenny.She showed us the right sizes of shoes each time we asked for even though we took so much time to chose she helped us with friendly attitude! Thank you so much Jenny ! will surely visit again :)

The worst service ever the rudest people serving!! If you don’t want to have customer service go work behind a desk or a closed room can’t even give the right size shoes.

I came to Insport Burwood very early this morning to look for good deals from Black Friday sales. I received very pro-service from the staff named Jenny. At that time, the store just opened and there was only one staff at the store, but she managed very well to serve many customers at the same time. She didn't need the tool to measure the foot size, only used hand, but very quick and correct. She helped me and other customers to get the shoes, find the sizes for clothes, and solve exchange items very fast. Although the store was super busy with only one staff for serving, she always kept smiling with customers and kept saying sorry for any inconvenience caused by the trouble. I was very impressed with her professional service. The store also has many clothes and shoes at good prices. Will recommend everyone should try to shop at this store.

If I could give it half a star I would. Went back into the store after an exchange and wanting some clarification. A lady who appeared to be the manager all but yelled at us and gave us a ton of attitude. I told her she was being quite rude and she had no right to speak to any customer like this.Additionally, sizes in this store (at least for mens shirts seem to be fairly limited and geared towards larger people.Would not recommend anyone waste their time here

We called the store 3 times got picked up and hang up immediately after picking up the phone. When we are calling the third time, we literally walking into the store to see what exactly happening with the staffs doing with the phone call. He’s just kept hanging up for no season at that time. We talked to the staff directly and ask why he kept hanging up.His answer: Because the phone is broken he can’t hear anything, and also the phone got pranks too many times, so may as well just hang up.This is not the excuse that you kept hanging up the phone when there is actually real customers like us who were calling to consult things. It’s unprofessional for the male staff who did that.

Excellent 10/10 Customer service experience by the lovely Jenny. She made my kids school shoes selection a smooth and effortless experience. Explaining everything to us from fit to styles, very knowledgeable and a great asset to your team. Will definitely return.
