TLC Birth and Beyond

Jenna and James were both highly recommended to me during my pregnancy in preparation for my VBAC. I had never been seen by a chiro before and from the get go they both made me feel extremely comfortable. After regular adjustments and some help with spinning babies exercises my body was feeling great and able to maintain optimal position within my pelvis to birth my big 4.6kg baby. I am incredibly greatful for their support both physically and emotionally. I have since taken my son in to see James at 3 weeks old for his first adjustment and my son seemed extremely comfortable throughout the visit. I'll definitely be referring others, highly highly recommend.

Found tlc after almost every private midwife and professional I interviewed to assist with our vbac quest recommended their service. I was already seeing a chiro after last baby who helped me immensely when nobody else could/would with some hip debilitating hip issues but was open to a new chiro who specializes in family since everyone recommended. I strongly believe these visits were one of the three key factors that helped me achieve vbac and a quick labour… 3.5 hrs .At every appointment i was heard, treated with patience and care and of course the treatment was effective. They also run some info nights on pregnancy care for mum. U can feel the passion and empathy through every aspect of their service.The office also has a little playroomAnd bathroom so u can take ur time with kiddos that u bring alongThanku

You guys are AMAZING! I have always been so nervous about attending a chiro, but it was suggested to me that maybe I should give one a go for not only myself but our 6 month old. I made James aware of my concerns around it all, and he put aside time to call me before my appointment to reassure me with facts and explain how he personally utilises chiropractic care.Throughout our appointment James was fun, engaging and gentle in his approach. He ensured we were both comfortable and our little guy loved him! James is a very easy person to trust, making the process a lot easier. We learnt a lot about what's happening in ours bodies and saw immediate changes in our son from the first night with not as much resettling needed and longer day naps. Thankyou James! We are so grateful and we feel as though this is a GIANT step in the right direction for our whole family.

After many years seeing a different chiropractor a midwife suggested TLC birth and beyond. In desperate need during a difficult pregnancy I took the recommendation and visited James. Both James and Jenna have absolutely blown me away with their knowledge and techniques; and I honestly believe it was the 1 thing that got me through until the end of my pregnancy without being on bed rest. Not only did they help physically, but they also provide so much care and compassion at the same time. Since having my baby they have not only assisted my body in its journey to recovery but made such a significant difference to my bubs. I am honestly blown away. Not only does my baby absolutely adore James! But James has made such a difference with his feeding, sleeping, tummy time, bowel movements and more of a settled nature. I have never looked back on my decision to try TLC, for both myself and my baby, and recommend it to anyone and everyone!

I am so thankful for James and his assistance with my baby. After seeing countless Drs and allied health services and getting nowhere I finally stumbled across TLC in a desperate attempt to ease my daughters continious pain and try and figure out what was going on with her. Not only did James alleviate my daughters pain, he also was the one to point me in the right direction of what condition she has, because of him we are now on the right path to getting my daughter the medical care and support she needs. My daughter is now 8 months old and is pain free and is able to move her body more freely to the best of her ability. She enjoys her treatment and finds it very relaxing . I honestly can't reccomend him enough and I am shattered I didn't find him sooner during my pregnancies. Would Highly Highly reccomend!!!

Their services have been amazing at helping me throughout my pregnancy! They have been so supportive and professional, caring for my chiropractic and remedial massage needs. Even with tips, exercises, resources and knowledge helping me with the pregnancy/discomfort/pain. My husband and I also attended the calmbirth class with Melanie Cane and left feeling so much more confident and knowledgeable in preparation for our upcoming birth. I definitely recommend TLC birth and beyond!!

Highly recommend James for pregnancy chiro! I started seeing James weekly from 30weeks to get my body & pelvis in the best possible shape for birth and it paid off! Baby was in the great position from 36weeks and I had a natural, unmedicated birth with no complications and quick recovery! James also gave great advice for exercises that can be done at home. Can’t wait to bring in baby next week for first chiro visit!
