Deepa and Srini, the yoga teachers are amazing. My kids loved learning yoga from them. They are very friendly and very inspirational. Thank you Yogadhara for giving my kids a wonderful start of yoga. We would love to join in all the upcoming events with you guys.

I have attended the 'Angamardhana' course. At first I was hesitant with my lower back pain which I have been suffering from for the last 10 years. I spent a couple of grands at a Chiropractor for my problem a couple of years ago. I was relieved from the pain after the treatment but I again started getting this stiffness from last 3 years. However, after 2 days of this training, I got up from bed with no back ache. This happened after 3 years and I was very happy with the outcome. I started doing this daily last week and now I can do a deep squat now! My back is much more flexible and I'm able to stand and do things for longer times without my back complaining. All thanks to Srini and Deepa! Definitely recommend to others.

Learning Surya Kriya has been a life changing experience. Before I started I was struggling with very low energy levels and extreme tiredness. Life was not much fun.
