Asked service department how much would it cost to recode my radio to the vin number of my vehicle. Was quoted 1.5 hours and $280.00 to do the job.Now I understand enough about cars to know that’s a blatant rip off, so took the car elsewhere, took less than 4 minutes at a cost of $100.00. I didn’t mind paying the $100 for a couple minutes of work, as I know it’s the experience and the laptop.Moral of the story with the stealerships? Get quotes from different people.Couldn’t give less than 1 star, as I hate being treated like a gullible fool.

A very bad experience. Went in here for the first time for a service(90k). Issues was with the tyre alignment. Given the vehicle back two times as the tyres were left at the same place where infact needed to be swapped and aligned. Just because I have checked became third time lucky.Not honest, not reliable and I don't think that's the way to do business. So disappointed. Never coming back here again.

Service department is a joke. Went in for a warranty issue and pretty much straight away the guy said it’s not a warranty issue. My door was rattling and had already been back to Ford on QLD two times and not rectified. Service guy rang me two days later and said I would need to take it back to QLD dealership to fix. Took car straight to Freeway Ford at Cranbourne and it was fixed within two days.Freeway Ford will always get my business now. Berwick Fords loss.

Just got my GT Mustang. Kostas rocks! Was such an easy transaction. He came in on his day off to deliver the car. Joel in finance also walked me thru the process. Everything was made so easy by them.

Purchased a brand new Escape in December. Very happy with the service provided. Vehicle was ready for delivery in a week and there were no delays. Have just recently had the 3000km check up and while there were a few small issues, the overall experience has sofar been pleasant.

I better not get a flat tyre on the long weekend. Informed Service officer of problems with tyre deflating so I had made it my spare. They swapped and rotated the tyres around and put the problem tyre back on the car. And it still deflates after 24 hrs.And why don't Ford wash your car anymore? I hate getting my car back dirty. When did they stop doing this? Every other car brand gives you a nice clean car after a service.

I thought I had received good service from the service team in the past, but after having my car serviced at another ford dealership I'm not sure anymore.Please consider passing on rebates that your clients are entitled to in future. I didn't get mine.
