However they persevered and eventually established that a unique feature that my vehicle had was faulty. All this came at no extra cost and we eventually got our car back working as it should. This was when we first gave them our business over three years ago; now we take both our cars there for servicing all in the confidence that they provide honest and accurate assessments on repairs needed. Very disappointing when I had to call numerous times to find out my car still had not been tended to. It was dropped off just after 9am and to have my husband drive me there 430pm to only just see it go on the hoist. Waited over a month for this highly recommended mechanic to not get one thing fixed and charged to just lift it up and have a look. I would not recommend this place to my friends or family. Great mechanics and friendly service. They make you feel at home with all there help and Clint and his team work hard to provide you with everything you need for your vehicle. Clint and his team have gone over and above to help me fix my car and when other mechanics didn't want to work on my car Clint and his mechanics did. He has helped me when know one else would. Can't speak highly enough of Clint and his team at MotorPro. I moved away from dealer servicing a few years ago and have been thoroughly impressed with their service, knowledge and support. Particular shout out to them when my air conditioning failed during a run of 40 degree days over summer, Clint arrange to squeeze in the repair around their already fully booked schedule to have us back on the road within 2 days. They have also been running a car pickup service to overcome the COVID-19 constraints. Great work to the MotorPro team!

Motorpro is one of the best mechanics in the Ballarat area. Clint and his team are very resourceful and responsive to automotive and auto electrical issues. I have seen them for simple brake jobs to dash-out heater core replacement & the standards of the job are impeccable. They are very knowledgeable about LPG cars and kept my old Falcon running like new. They were able to fix complications with family members' cars that other mechanics failed to resolve. Jess provides a comprehensive report on what was completed to my vehicle & advises me on what repairs need attention. It's a shame I'm no longer working in the Ballarat area, as these are one of the best workshops I've ever attended. I will have no hesitation seeing them again without a heartbeat and recommend anyone in the Ballarat area to see Clint, Jess and the team at Motorpro.
