Melbourne Express Plumbing - Emergency Plumber (blocked drains, burst pipes, hot water)

Joe attended my grandmothers place as there was a plumbing emergency and we don’t live close by. When he told me he would go to her place now to make sure she was safe and the water was turned off, I knew I was talking to someone kind and understanding. (such as Taylor & Sons Pluming, who were rude and dishonest..) It's reassuring to find a truly good, honest and trustworthy human being!He has exemplary work ethics, he's punctual, polite, exceptionally kind, fair and compassionate, efficient and professional. My mother's very unwell (in hospital) we’ve been really struggling financially... Within the first interaction, Joe was the most understanding, empathic and helpful guy! He came to my place the very next morning (Sunday), where he - sought - diagnosed - fixed - and completed the job quickly and successfully - something that other’s before him apparently couldn’t do 'same day service' with.What’s more; seeing as it was a simple fix - Joe didn't charge me a dime!!
