Fifth Element by Saltair Spa

I opted for Relaxation package(2hr) which is combo of body massage and facial.Below is my experience at the spa.1. Atmosphere : the facility has amazingly tranquillity. Friendly staff and invigorating tea and citrus water available for self-service. Lounge room is calming and work of art.2. Body massage: this is where things went downhill for me. I had to probe the masseuse a million times to increase the intensity and pressure as she was very gentle and i felt her touch featherlike. All i felt she did was spreading the oil over the body with very gentle strokes. I did mention some tension areas like upper back, neck, shoulder, feet. But she missed the opportunity and applied very soft pressure and missed all the pressure points which was disappointing.The spa should work on training the masseuse with knowledge on applying correct pressure and working on the key points that promote relaxation.3. Facial was satisfactory and relaxing. With the same masseuse performing the facial i think she did well given her natural tendency of soft and gentle touch. The products used were of good quality with luxurious essence.Lastly, i expected Hammam to be included with my package as their website mentions “Hammam included with any 90+ min spa” . However i was disappointed knowing that hammam was closed for some work. They did agree to add it to the future spa i book in.However it would have been good to have the hammam being non-functional clearly on the website.So overall for $280 experience i was not satisfied.

Very relaxing 90 minute massage. Friendly and relaxing place. Had the couples massage and it was fantastic. Just wish the time didn't go so fast!

Such a beautiful experience from the minute you walk in. Staff are so warm, welcoming and give off such a calm vibe. When you get into the treatment room all your troubles melt away! Definitely a place you will revisit!

The moment you walk in you are transported to a place of relaxation. The treatments are all amazing with staff going above and beyond to make you feel relaxed and stress free. The euphoric place it takes you to is next level. It is the exact reason I continue returning!

Moment I walked in I felt welcomed, receptionist was lovely, hats off to the staff as it’s an experience that you don’t get to talk to your client much. Kelly made me feel so comfortable, heard, really attended to what I needed. Would definitely be coming back.

I feel really dissapointed with my facial I got a few months ago. The facial felt nice at the time but I was left with so much skin damage that still hasn't recovered from.I had a few fragile capillaries to start with just at the top of my cheeks that I warned my therapist about so she would be careful and be gentle not to create more.The amount of scrubbing and pressure used on my face has left me with now broken veins all over my face including my eye lids.I have so much new redness and my whole face gets sensitive to heat now and it never use to.I had nice skin which is why I got the facial in the first place now I don't feel confidant in my skin at all.Be careful if you have sensitive skin with fragile cappilaries and the pressure they use here in facials.

Luxurious establishment, facial spa was fantastic. My skin looks and feels so much better. Delightfully quiet and relaxing room , music right level, no pointless chatting . After care so tasteful , lovely tea , water and view . The best

Beautiful spa hidden in Werribee that makes you feel like you’re in the country. Left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Will definitely return.

Wonderful ambience, therapist was professional and the signature massage was truly relaxing. Especially loved the post treatment lounge where i could further unwind before heading home.
