From a seamless handover of our new property (during COVID) for renting, down to regular email updates, inspections and now Angie, a new client services manager taking care of clients, this team is on Point. I've rented in Defence homes and via private rental companies for over 31 years (even renting now) and am very happy with this crew.

Over the past 3-4 years of renting through Image realty our Property managers Claudia and Ellen have gone above and beyond, they always show professionalism, kindness and understanding and have made us feel comfortable coming to them about maintenance requests or anything that we have had questions about. It makes life a lot easier when you have amazing property managers who are always understanding and always interact with the kids when we have a routine house inspections. I was referred to Image Realty by a friend and was not disappointed. I’ve been in regular contact with Mark Fidel and he has been nothing short of amazing! My husband and I are first home buyers and Mark has been so attentive to all our questions and concerns (no matter what time of day or night!) and has really made the process that seemed so daunting, so easy and straight forward.
