Definitely recommend! Admin ladies were wonderful and fit our pre-settlement inspection in ASAP and they were so patient when we were struggling to get permission to enter property for it. The guys on the day were helpful, thorough and the report was detailed and easy to read. Five stars!

I used these guys when I got the building and pest done on a house last week. The women who booked it in over the phone were friendly and helpful and made me an appointment within my ten day limit. They explained the process clearly and invited me to the inspection (I didn't know that was a thing, so I'm glad they suggested it).The team at the house were punctual and thorough, explaining what they were doing and what they were looking for, showing my kids how equipment worked and chatting to them. They went through the whole report and told me I could phone or email them if I needed more information.The report arrived that afternoon and therefore that part of the house buying process was completed without a hitch.I'd be happy to recommend this team.

You simply can not do without one a building and pest report, and Compass make the process easy and affordable.Absolutely worth the cost.The team discovered a few defects with a place I was buying that would've cost me more than I bargained for.I showed a friend the report who has bought his fair share of houses in the past and he was really impressed with the detail in the report.The inspectors came out promptly and I had the report the next day.$495 for my particular building size and type is a bargain.

Compass Building and Pest Inspections did the Building and Pest review for the purchase of my first home. The two gentleman who came to the property were early (which in itself is practiclly unheard of), and on their own initiative started the inspection as to not waste my time knowing that I had taken time off work during the week to be there. Alan and Ron were fantastic, they explained everything to me in detail and made sure i undertood and was comfortable before leaving.Chloe and Kellee who organised the booking were efficient and extremely helpful, they kept me informed through the whole process and ensured the reports were turned around in a timely manner. Compass was recommended to me by a friend and I can certainly understand why. I couldn't be happier with the level of service on all fronts. 5/5, I would recommend to anyone looking for fast, quality service.
