I had been trying to get my Sub Phatty fixed for years with nothing but negative experiences in Sydney. I had it held by people for months with no communication and in some cases seemingly damaged further.I had Elk recommended to me through a FB group and decided to take it down for one last shot at getting it working again. Absolutely worth the drive. Edward was great. He gave me regular updates on the repairs progress and got it working again after I had all but given up. The cost was also less than I had been quoted from anyone in SydneyI will be recommending Elk to everyone I know. Absolutely 10/10.

I had a TC M-One XL effects processor with a faulty rotary encoder that wouldn't cycle through parameters. The dial had also completely snapped off (oops).Ed from Elk Elektronik was not only able to completely repair the unit (it came back looking like new) but he was extremely fast and had amazing customer service! I had it back up and running within a week.I could not recommend Edward and Elk Elektronik more highly for any pro audio / lighting equipment repairs. I can also attest to the quality of his custom made cables - top notch!

A great welcoming space for Edwards synthesis and electronics building workshops. Edward is knowledgeable and gives one on one help when needed. His Deep understanding of electronics and musical instruments has helped clear a few things up for me and would recommend him for re[airs, advice and help.
