My husband and I recently visited the Bayside store seeking advice on his complex and troublesome hyperpigmentation issues. We were assisted by Georgia who spent around 20 minutes with us, answering all of our questions and showing a genuine interest and concern in helping him. We have been back since and each time she’s been happy to chat with us and always has a smile on her face! Other sales associates should take note from Georgia on what good retail service looks like, and Priceline……GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE!!

Today I had outstanding service at the Frankston Store. Can't remember the young woman's name. I enquired about cracked dry lips, she was extremely knowledgeable on products. She listened to my questions making recomendations. I also brought another product same service. The store is well designed with excellent choices.The checkout girl was just as good, very friendly. Great service, this service will being me back to Bayside. Best customer service I've had in a long time.

Didnt have what I wanted but the young girl on the checkout asked another girl to check if thete was any in overflow, unfortunately not but fabulous customer service

I ride a small mobility scooter. Shipping in this store is a nightmare. The aisles are narrow and not made for disabled peopĺe. There are bulky end stacks and at the entrance, cardboard bins with specials are a nightmare to navigate. Aisles are narrow and long making it impossible to pass a patron already in the aisle.

Just visited and wow what an experience. Out of stock on a popular product (i get it, no biggie) but to be totally ignored by the manager because she was flirting with a sales rep is not ok. Than when she was finished with him she looks at me than walks off after she was originally called to the floor to help me.
