I appreciate the work North West Vets do for our community. I had a great experience with a meet & greet during events. I started my puppy at a different vet when she was younger, although when she injured herself that vet went home for the day. I tried this vet and even though they were fully booked out for the day, the vet on duty gave 10 mins of her busy time to check my injured dog. Thank you!

Brought my dog here due to vomiting and not eating vet thought there may be a blockage so they performed two X-rays and could not see anything, they were very insistent that the dog needed to go into surgery despite no signs of a blockage. I decided to take the dog home and nursed her at home and she is now happy and healthy.I don't think I will bring any more pets here I did not feel the vet gave a good diagnosis and was too hasty in wanting to send my dog to surgery.

The best vets in town! Always compassionate towards your furry animal family and their humans, and when I unfortunately lost my 16 year old pug in 2016, they sent me flowers and a card. I very much appreciate how much they care.

Great experience with this vet. Very nice and friendly customer service. Took our pup in for an ear infection, she had him in and out quickly and efficiently. Will be coming back here from now on for anything he needs.

Did not appreciate distance travelled to get there. Sent vomiting dog home on oral medications. Little to no advice given. Nice bill though. Won't be back. Dogs dead.
