Sharan doesn’t want to hear anything and wants to give me head office number to talk straight away - first time experienced this at a food takeaway outlet !I have worked as Dominos Asst Manager at Wentworthville, we never used to say go to head office. Looks like the dude needs some manners to talk with customers, I left my $35 there to throw in the bin and ended up doing take away from other Pizza place.I won’t be going back again, and when you ask why you are not receiving phone calls - the answer is we are busy and gives the look of eyes rolling ! Such a rude state of communication.Must be the store owner or whatsoever but certainly needs some teaching of manners !

I have generally been happy with the Pizzas from here but lately had a couple of bad experiences. A couple of months ago, the Driver forgot the drink and said he would come back. He never turned up and I just shrugged it off as human error but last night's experience was bad enough to make me speak up. I thought we were getting large Pizzas($60.00?) for the deal and got the small ones. The Mega Meat Lovers was ordinary and had parts with no topping. The Chicken Peri Peri was pretty miserable for $21.00. The Hawaiian was not too bad. Would I get Pizzas from here again? Probably not.

Had a problem with the pizzas slightly burnt. Upon letting know the owner as well as person at the kitchen were happy to replace our order. They were quick and acknowledged many times and explained me later too on what happens with thin crust pizzas. Very good customer service.

Very poor service “ Shayan “ working on Saturday 18th Feb around 02:30 pm on the front desk is cherry on top completely unprofessional and arrogant he should be working next to the last wall mopping the floor rather on the front desk greeting people if dominos owner or mgmt reading this better change this individual otherwise no one would be coming to give you business

Deep pan was not cooked and when I rang to advise, I was told I was wrong since there had been no other complaints - a dismissive response. I was then hung up on when I asked for the name of the person I was speaking to as I would be calling head office to complain.

Made an online delivery order through the app, the app claiming it’s been delivered while I’ve still haven’t received anything. Tried calling the store 3 times across time span of 15 minutes, not being able to get through once.Update- I’ve gone around neighbours incase it had been delivered to the wrong house, which it was. It is now gone and I’ve been charged $31 for zero food.

Got a pizza and cheesy garlic bread delievered.The garlic bread had less than a 20c coin worth of cheese on the entire thing, which considering the cost difference i should have just gotten normal garlic bread because that's what it essentially was.Moving on to the pizza (bear in mind i live in the same suburb as the place) It was cold, had little cheese on it, and i got a veggie supreme, in which the quality of the vegetables was so bad, it was inedible.The only thing worth consuming was the drink, which is impossible to mess up since its a prepackaged can thats made outside of the dominos itself. Never ordering from this food chain ever again. Disappointing, and inedible. Trust me, don't waste your money here. I didnt even try to call them about it, judging from these other reviews it would have been a waste of time and energy
