ExcellentI have a Pierre Cardin watch which I was told could not be repaired. I am so happy to report that we dropped it off on Tuesday and received a call yesterday (Wednesday) that it had been repaired. We picked it up today (Thursday) and received a 12 month warranty. Great service. Lovely staff. Highly recommend this business. Thank you.

Dropped into this shop on a Saturday with my wife. We were looking for a specialty clock. The gentlemen who's name escapes was extremely knowledgeable and very generous with his time. He's obviously a busy man in demand. I now look forward to our new clock arriving and am glad we came to this shop. A rare find these days.

Charged $20 and said would ring tell me how much to fix clock. Never rang. Don’t believe even looked at it. Finally rang them told long story would be $150 an hour. Couldn’t commit to how many hours! So no free quote! Bit rough to pay to be told hourly rate!!!

Went there to test the waters with what is basically the most easiest job imagineable. When I left, I was extremely disappointed and honestly shocked at how rude and disrespectful the watchmaker was.Went to another watchsmith and got the job done again at a higher quality and for free.

Very happy with watch band repair and replacement to my son and partners watches a few backs, will be returning.The lady behind the counter was very lovely and was happy to have a chat whilst we waited for works to be carried out. Very knowledgeable.
