Couldn’t fault it for the cost. Had my Xtrail cleaned here and it was thoroughly cleaned, even the mats, down sides of the seats and the glass was all cleaned well. The convenience is also great with a text message to tell you when it’s ready.

I am disappointed with their customer service. I don’t choose a car wash because their folks clean well. That is a given; I choose a service because they treat their customers well. Was supposed to pick up the car at 3:45pm (per their receipt, giving them 1.5hrs to cash & vacuum), but arrived at 4:00pm knowing they were busy. Wash had just begun. No apology, just told that it would take another 10min. Anyway the car arrived 15min later - seats not fixed after vacuum, toll tag thrown under the seat. I must say poor service.

I always take my car into the Vic Gardens Star Cleaning. Theyre quick, have high attention to detail and provide lovely and professional service ! We usually add on 15mins to what they tell us but we don’t mind as the results speak for themselves! I headed in there this morning and was done within the hour.
