I couldn't be more delighted with the service from Inhabit. I live in the UK, and have been trying to source some M&W cutlery for a long time, but its really hard to find here. I have always had a great shopping experience at Inhabit Homewares and that extends to online ordering during lockdown. The fantastic customer service I received when I accidentally ordered the wrong item and wanted to change to something else really was above and beyond. So glad to have an independent business like this in Ballarat stocking a great range of products.

Wouldn’t pick up the phone at 4:50.. answered at 5:03 and told me they’re closed now. Google times say 5:30 but apparently I should have checked their Facebook... good way to loose and customer

I have been to inhabit a number of times to buy a gift for my wife. Without much knowledge of homewares or gift ideas I have appreciated the help from the staff to give me great gift ideas that my wife loves! I will be going back the next time I’m in the doghouse!
