I really enjoyed my take away this evening . My food was still hot despite my 20 odd minute drive home too! I was nicely greeted by the man who served me and the service was very quick. The food was also good, vegetables fresh and the beef was nice and tender. Actually a 10/10 for service and I look forward to going back again soon

Really poor food. Terrible flavour/no flavour, over cooked or the dish was filled with celery and there was no meat - not one good thing to say and I threw it all out. $90 down the drain!On a side note, the place is dirty and so sticky everywhere…. I just hope that I can keep the little that I ate down.Filth!Do yourself a favour and stay away.

We ordered the curry puff, fried rice and lemon chicken and the food was delicious! I went to the restaurante because of the good comments that I read. The BIG ISSUE was waiting ONE HOUR to get the food. Price and food are good but just go if you don’t bother waiting a long time to get the food on your table.

We always enjoy food from Ho Choi! Especially their dishes of Duck and Prawn are all great. I also love their boxed honey chicken and special fried rice. Many Chinese take away food restaurant put too much salt and msg, but their food taste all natural and you don't have to drink a bucket of water after.I recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Ho choi was recommended, so I dined in. It has a relatively small no frills dining room, but the food was great, and so was the service. Have since taken away and also enjoyed the food and serving size. Will be going back.

Over the decades, Ho Choi has proven to be a good old-style reliable Chinese restaurant.In fact, it's become something of a suburban Moorooka institution since being established in 1966.The reasonably priced food is always delicious and the service is obligingly friendly.

Always wanted to try this place as it is close to our new house, finally got the chance today and certainly not disappoint. Good stir fry technique which we call 'wok-hei' (wok-air) in Cantonese, not every Chinese restaurant can do it and it's a gem when you find one. The Singapore noodles and Chow Mein was good, stir fry beef hor fun and fried rice not dry enough but better than most places already. Would highly recommend if you want an authentic Chinese food experience.

The best Chinese in Brisbane!! My wife and I love it here. Friendly and happy staff.Food is always fresh and tasty and the balance of flavours is just perfect. I always get the curry puffs, lemon chicken and special fried rice no seafood. I have never been disappointed!

Excellent quality food at reasonable prices.Got special fried rice and crispy skin duck with plum sauce. Excellent and size is very reasonable.
