All of the staff here are beautiful humans, Tina did ny nails exactly as i expected & exceeded my expectations she was an absolute joy, I will be back foelr my refills & another relaxing pedicure

Dirty salon, I popped in for a pedicure because I was already at Whitfords for something else. I have never been to this salon before. The basin had a dirty towel and the lady was saying to me to put my feet in. I said no and she started to pretend to clean the basin. She put very hot water and left to serve a costumer. I waited for 45 minutes and slowly started to realise how dirty it looked. Realised they were going to use the nail clippers on the trolley that they used on the costumer before me. So after 45 minutes I stood up and left. Terrible and someone should call the health department to that place.

Frankly i don’t like to bad mouth businesses but the amount of times I have been here and it’s been so hit or miss and them changing their prices is a rip off they charge sometimes more or less for some nail art, which is the same type (French) which is ridiculous, frankly every time I have been their my nails either come out a bit bubble or the are wonky and really thick, I do like this place the people are amazing but I need to make sure I’m getting what I want for the amount I’m paying

Not great, but it's not the worst I have ever had Shellac after two days- see pic And natural toes. I know I have damage, but for me it's the cut and not even providing a re-building coat to get nails healthy again. Other nails salons provide a strategy in re-building nails. This one doesn't.

PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. Very dirty, intidy, unorganized and extremely unprofessional! The guy, boss, owner whoever, seemed ok at first but seems to prefer all the young girls opposed to anyone else who is older (you only need to walk past and observe) as he continuously plays the role of flirtatious counselor. Seriously, I couldn’t believe what I was hearing or experiencing. It took an hour and forty minutes to do acrylic refills which were also really rough and lumpy. I chose a colour that they didn’t have so went to choose another and they also didn’t have that one. I then had the female slam the colour selection down in front of me to choose yet again as she walked away muttering something I couldn’t understand. So disappointing. Ended up walking out with exactly same colour as I went in with. If that wasn’t enough, the female that painted my nails tried to charge me $15 extra than I was originally quoted, then thought it was funny and laughing to her boss. They start your nails and then leave you sitting and waiting for ages while he attends to another customer/friend discussing freely about their social life, alcohol usage etc for all to hear. Just so totally unprofessional. Never, ever will I go here again and certainly would never recommend in a pink fit! Wish I could give 0 stars.

Worst experience I have ever had. Customer service is appalling, salon is filthy. My arms were covered in powder and other peoples nail clippings. They were extremely aggressive and when they didn’t have nude or even a light pink colour for a French manicure, only orange even though I showed them a photo of what I was after to begin with I decided to leave after the rude treatment I was receiving from them. They still insisted I pay $60.00 for an incomplete job. I paid as I was extremely upset by their treatment and could feel myself about to cry as I am not a confrontational person. I wish I could give zero stars. I do not recommend this place.

First time for acrylics here and they turned out exactly how I wanted! I took a pics of the shape and also the colour I liked and the technician would aak me if I was happy all among the way. She is super experienced, precise and lovely. Also got shellac toes again as they lasted forever the last time. Will definitely go back!

My best friend was paying for us to get pedi and full set for Christmas, I already had a full set on so wanted refills instead. The lady told me I needed to remove them to put fresh ones on and started ripping them off that hurt so bad I had to tell her to stop but she had already cut the tips off so had no choice but to get them taken off I had to ask her to soak them off. She was very rough the whole time, filed my fingers so many times by slipping with the drill and no apology. My acrylic nails are probably some of the worst I have ever had, so much acrylic left under my nails anytime I touch a blanket or towel even my own hair my nails get caught on it. The colour is also not what I ask for they do not listen to you.My pedicure was also a bad experience. I was told to sit down on the chair and they started the bath. As the bath is filling up i dipped my toe in, and it was too hot to put my foot in so I waited for someone to come back. When the lady came back she grabbed my feet and told me to put in put in and pulled my feet away and told her no it’s too hot. She then went off speaking her language to the lady next to her. Once it was cool enough I put my feet in she then started cutting without asking what shape or length I wanted. She cut my toe nails so far down that they hurt all the time now.Again with the colour she didn’t listen. I picked 2 colours a pink and a glitter gold I wanted 1 feature nail on both hands and feet and I told the lady this but she went and painted all my nails pink. I had to tell a different lady so they could be fixed and they just slapped a little glitter on top.I get my nails done every 2 weeks and will never go to this place again. Seems like a lot of the same reviews have been made but no response from the owner or manager just goes to show that they don’t care. I will tell everyone I speak to not to go here.Word of mouth is such a big part in business but they don’t seem to care.
