I can’t speak highly enough of Simon and the team at at ARB Mackay. We had a range of unexpected electrical and mechanical issues with our ARB equipped 2017 Hilux and 3 times Simon made space to help us out on the day - which is no small thing given how busy these guys are! If you’re setting up your rig, or already on the road like we are, and you’re in the Mackay region then definitely consider making ARB your go to guys.

A big thanks to ARB Mackay, I was unfortunate to have the rear window on my ARB Canopy explode for no apparent reason but a call to ARB Mackay they had a replacement in stock and fitted me in to install the window. Thanks to Brooke, Luke and the whole ARB Team, a quick install and I am able to continue our holiday. Your efforts and great service is much appreciated.

Terrible customer service. Completely ignored while I was standing at the counter waiting to purchase one of their products. I've had good experiences at other ARB stores, but I will not be back or recommend the mackay store to anyone.

Didn't find them helpful, had to keep ringing them even when told they'd get back to you. Not the standard you'd expect from a company that charges a premium for their products.
