Rozelle Plumbing

Had a plumbing emergency today - called Rozelle Plumbing and they were on sight within an hour. Fixed the problem and tidied nicely up after themselves. Walking in now you wouldn’t know the disaster it looked like a couple of hours ago. Found Jason and team polite, professional and very helpful. Would use again.

Some people have had a good experience with Rozelle, but I have not. They organized to come and install a sink. Showed up but did not have to time to do the job (despite having already inspected the job previously). They organised to come another week. I tried to contact them, but they did not return my call. They did not show up the next week, citing a more important job. Poor communication about their timing. Poor customer support. Poor experience. Cancelling a job when someone stayed home for the day is poor. Would I recommend them, absolutely not when they are cannot stick to a schedule or give proper timely notice that they are not coming.

I had a building company JustScrewIt that sub-contracted Rozelle Plumbing to work on our 3 bathrooms. After their work we flagged some issues pointed out by an independent builder. Flanges were not sealed, in some cases they were upside down, there were large gaps cut around the floor wastes exposing holes to under the house. When we tried to flag these to the company to correct, they insisted this was all done to standards and said any floor penetrations could be rectified by the water proofer or builder.Since then I have had 2 independent plumbers inspect their work, they both shook their heads by the lack of workmanship above and below the bathrooms. Sadly I'm now paying to correct said work since my builder isn't helping me either. I'm not an experienced builder, just a home owner that wanted to get 3 bathrooms renovated for an agreed 10K+ quote. If you want piece of mind, definitely trust another company.

Great service from Rozelle Plumbing. Arrived on time, great service and planned ahead by asking for pics of my existing tap before he arrived. Able to fix and finish with one visit. Very happy.

I had a large hot water system replaced in a very tight position. The guys from Rozelle Plumbing did a great job, very professional and the cost was very competitive. I would definitely use them again.

Rozelle Plumbing - what a fantastic outfit! I emailed them with a blocked drain issue in the (wishful) hope of a same day service. I was super pleased to be informed that they would be onsite two hours later. The lads who attended were very polite, hardworking, fast and effective. The end price I was charged was more than reasonable considering the scope of works involved. Great job guys - from contact to finish. 5 stars!

I broke through a charged storm water pipe while digging in my garden in the late afternoon. Water was surging everywhere and I initially thought I punctured a water line. Called Laser Plumbing and Jake was here within 30 minutes. He completed the repair in an hour. He did a great job in an awkward location as he dealt with bamboo roots, mud and a tight space.Additional work done 5 November 2020: Rozelle Plumbing (formerly Laser Plumbing) replaced a 25L hot water heater today located within a bathroom vanity unit. Zac did a neat job within a very confined space. Besides replacing the old HWH he added a tempering valve. The work was done to a quote and the job took around 3 1/2 hours, slightly longer than he anticipated. A free house plumbing inspection was included in the job.

I have used Rozelle Plumbing on a number of occasions and have always found them to be punctual, trustworthy, reliable and knowledgeable. On our recent job (blocked sewer line), Tom was able to trace the problem through to the U-bend after the boundary trap (not an obvious place).
