I had the most horrible experience here. I was trying to sort through to find fairy wings. Half were in piles and some on the floor. It was all a mess. I got verbally abused for putting things on the floor but didn’t understand how else to find what I needed. I was planning to put everything back it a much nicer way than I had found it but I guess they aren’t used to respectful shoppers. The owner realised how upset I was for how he treated me and even apologised. Would not recommend.

AVOID this shop!! After being a loyal customer for 10 yrs, went in to swap a faulty product I had purchased the previous day with receipt in hand (knowing my rights). I calmly showed him the faulty product, asking to swap it for another one, owner instantly started yelling & abusing me- he was so loud everyone walking by stopped.. He has serious anger management issues. Another customer told him to stop yelling & he refused. Was extremely traumatised from his abusive behaviour & will never go back there!

How is this a dollar store?! It is so expensive. Went in and saw they just buy up a bunch of Kmart items and re-sell them for more than double the price. Madness!
