Nice big store, accessible parking on street and in centre carpark. Decent quality, friendly staff. Shame that their plus size range only serves shapeless nanna clothes.

I use to think highly of Target - Ballarat until I was in there recently and witnessed the way staff treated a person with an ID (Intellectual Disability) - they couldn't get him out of the shop quick enough and then proceeded to complain loudly, for everyone around them to hear, about how hard it was to 'deal' with people with a 'disability'. I myself have a disability, and will only ever return to Target - Ballarat to pay-off my lay-by. After that I won't return! I refuse to support a business that has employees that would behave so deplorably. I would normally ring and have a chat to a Manager - but a Manager stood back and watched this incident! The lowest star that I can give Target - Ballarat is one, if I could I wouldn't even give them that'

A big store with lots of products and variety, I liked that they had self checkout. Staff are all very friendly. Only problem was that the store was sort of hard to navigate, it wasn’t signed very well within the shop and was hard to locate anything. Within the actual mall, it was also difficult to locate target as the maps weren’t every helpful. I found what I needed from target which was great.

Just in target this morning on the 27/12/22 at around 9:20-9:30 I was trying to pay for my things and realised I had misplaced my card. The lady serving me decided to pay for my things. Truly amazing kindness from this wonderful lady. Hopefully she gets recognised for this wonderful act. Didn't catch her name sadly but she was tall with blonde hair. Please don't let this kindness go unnoticed Target, you have a wonderful worker!

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Although I wasn't a customer that day, they did all they could to help me with any issues I had and when I was on the floor I had seen them in action with thier actual customers. Well done to the Ballarat team

Typical Target store.Lots to see for in the home and clothing.I needed a suit very quickly and picked one up here, with a shirt and belt, for $201.For that price, can't go wrong.
